Stayed Feb 13, 2023This VRBO was a mess. While it was in a fairly nice area, the only positive thing we have to say is that the AC worked. The Bed support was broken upon arrival so we spend a week sleeping on the floor on a matress. There were almost no linens available (Two bath towels only) so we had to buy our own rags and towels for dishes. The bed only had a fitted sheet and a quilt available. No bed sheets anywhere. The kitchen was furnished but had an anemic amount of dishes. We had to buy a baking sheet and improv a cutting board because there was nothing available for cooking other than a couple pots and some utensils. The floor was covered in grime and needed to be mopped badly, and the few cooking utensils that were there had a layer of oily caked on food that needed to be scrubbed off. Lastly, I know this isn't the owner's fault, but the ceiling is *paper* thin and the neighborhoods were stomping around until 2:00 AM consistently. Poor experience, would not stay here again. The place has a lot of potential but it's very lazily put together and seems to be poorly managed.

Stayed Sep 6, 2022We had a great time @ this condo. It has a kitchen with everything you need to prepare a meal but if you don’t like to cook it is located to walking distance to a various nice restaurants, grocery stores, bakery and places you can just seat and enjoy a coffee or whatever you would like to drink and eat. Door man is very nice. Owner is awesome.
