Very nice property management

Very clean - Great Location. Within walking distance to King street and many Great restaurants. Perfect for girls trip. Would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent for its proximity to restaurants. The bed were comfortable and clean. We appreciated the quick communication.

This was a very nice property. It was clean and in a great neighborhood. It felt very safe. It is walkable to cute restaurants and a couple small grocery stores. We were able to park our rental car right in front of the house with the passes provided. There are college students in the area, but they respectfully turned down noise by 10. I would say they need some extra supplies such as dishwasher soap in case you are eating in. We had two issues during our stay. The parking passes weren’t in the unit when we arrived. I called and Stay Duvet and they brought it within two hours. Also, our door knob broke and we couldn’t get in with the provided code. We called at 10 pm and they sent someone within 10 minutes. She was unable to fix it, but my husband figured out how just use the code. They came the next morning when we were out. It wasn’t fixed when we got back and didn’t hear anything. However, as stated we were able to lock and unlock it with the code. Overall I would recommend this place for convenience and cleanliness.

Yes and yes. A/Cwas adequate but not sure it would be if it was hotter outside. Great paper shop across the street. Good cafe down the street. Short walk to free buses.

We had such a wonderful stay at this Charleston VRBO!From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable—honestly some of the best sleep we’ve had while traveling—and the home itself was spotless and thoughtfully set up.The location was perfect: tucked into a quiet, charming neighborhood but still just minutes from King Street and so many amazing restaurants. It made exploring the city effortless while still giving us a peaceful place to come back to and unwind.The hosts were fantastic—responsive, helpful, and clearly committed to making sure guests have a great experience.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Charleston!

We loved our stay at the whimsical historical retreat. Communication was great. Every time I had a question they answered promptly. The retreat was perfect for our needs. Walking distance to the hospital, walking distance to King Street and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our host was extremely responsive. We had no trouble finding parking on the street. The kitchen was well-equipped with quality cookware. It's in a quiet neighborhood, yet with easy access to the interstate as well as the bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions of downtown Charleston.

We loved it here. We were notified early in the day that our place was ready for check in. The location was amazing. Easy walk to everything we needed. Apartment was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Would love to visit again!

Great location, we were able to walk to many of our activities. Loved just walking around the neighborhood too. The VRBO itself was perfect. It had everything we needed and was quite comfortable. Parking is the only issue. I was told I had a “parking pass” but no info on where to find it or how to use it. We parked on the street and sometimes it took a few trips around the block to find a spot.

Very clean! Beds were extremely comfortable. I love that each room can be a different temperature. Decor is great. Host was great! Parking was OK. No designated parking but they gave us passes to park on the street. Usually had to park at least 1 to 2 blocks away but didn’t mind walking as long as someone was with me. Kitchen seemed to have everything needed. Didn’t cook, just coffee and tea. Great location but needed a car to get to the places we wanted to go. May have been walking distance for younger folks but not old folks.

Could have used more food storage and no tissues. Street parking was a nightmare! The parking space should be open to either unit, since the upstairs guests did not have a car and did not use it. You can hear any movement upstairs, woke us up several times.

Perfect location - so close to King street shopping and restaurants. I would def rent the cottage again and include the upstairs unit as well. There was another group staying upstairs while we were there and they were super loud so that was the only downside but still a great stay

This suite was spectacular. Clean, well appointed, and very convenient to downtown activities. Communications on the day of check-in was prompt and outstanding.

We enjoyed our stay! the location was excellent! walking distance to King St. The place was perfect for 4 of us. Each couple had their own bathroom. the only issue we had at first was the parking pass was not there when we arrived but they got it down to us a few hours later. We had already gone exploring so it was no big issue. Everything was clean and well maintained. Would stay there again. The pictures look the exact same as the inside.

Great neighborhood, no water pressure at kitchen sink... Had to park a half mile away, it would have been nice to know that prior to renting. Also, worst couch in Charleston, that thing should be burned

Great all around. Just a few blocks from king street and near a couple cute markets and coffee shops.

We loved Charleston and the location of this unit was perfect! It’s in walking distance of King Street and everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood is great and quiet. The only thing to be aware of is there is an apartment above you and this is an older building so we heard the creaky floors when those guests came home, moved chairs around and partied. The property asks you take off shoes because it is very noisy for the people below but our neighbors ignored that request unfortunately.

Our stay was great. Only minor issue was finding the parking lot. Text messages kept saying the lot was located at 97 Spring but you cannot see the parking lot from the road. We had to walk into Duvet to get clarity. All in all not a big deal. We would stay here again.

This property was a perfect location for our couples trip. We liked having 2 bathrooms and a comfortable hang out area. We had an issue with one of the mini split A/C units and they had an HVAC company out the same day to fix it. Communication was great. We also appreciated having a dedicated parking spot a short distance away. We would definitely stay here again.
