Dog friendly. Apartment 7 has two bedrooms, a double and a family bedroom (double and set of bunks) looking across the Esplanade. There is an open plan kitchen with dining table linked to the lounge which benefits from a large 43 Smart TV, DVD player and comfortable sofas. There is an ample family bathroom. The apartment benefits from the addition of a fantastic sunroom which also has access to a small outdoor seating area.

It is at the rear of Westpoint and has easy access to the communal lawns. It is pet friendly and very popular with families.

We manage seven holiday lets and rooms all within the same location, and we live here too, giving us a genuine commitment to guest comfort. With over ten years of experience at Westpoint, we have extensive local knowledge to help make your holiday truly memorable.

Our property is ideally situated directly opposite West Beach on the renowned Jurassic Coast, offering immediate access to the scenic South West Coast Path just steps from the sea. We believe a great stay depends on three key factors: an excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, and our dedicated assistance with any guest needs that may arise.

During the summer months, you can enjoy refreshments and light bites at the onsite West Beach Café Bar. Each apartment includes a designated parking space free of charge, and we also offer a limited number of dog-friendly accommodations for guests wishing to bring their pets.

Our accommodation options include three double rooms, two one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments, and The Studio—a cosy double room with a small kitchenette. Please note that The Studio, Apartment 2, Rooms 1 and 3 do not allow pets, while Apartments 5, 6, and 7 are pet-friendly. If you plan to bring your dog, kindly inform us in advance.

Please be aware that due to the sea defences, the estate is not accessible for guests with mobility disabilities.     We had a nice few days away. Accommodation was simple but clean and fresh. Everything is within walking distance and you get a designated parking space which in high season will be essential. Thank you for having us.

    Stayed her for a weekend (family of 4 + our small dog). Property was immaculate and comfortable. Everything needed was available. Perfect apartment for our weekend at the coast. Just 5 mins walk to west bay promenade for lovely coastal walks. 100% would book again.
