Dog friendly: Apartment 5 has an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen and fireplace it is a cosy, modern and comfortable apartment steps from the sea. With a large double bedroom it is perfect for couples and their pooches who wish to explore the Jurassic Coast. Apartment 5 is steps from the Esplanade and benefits from its own covered external seating area that gets the afternoon and evening sun. Apartment 5 has a designated parking space, wifi and 43 Smart TV and DVD player. Bedding and towels are provided as standard.
What sets us apart from other self-catering options in West Bay is our family-owned approach. We manage seven holiday lets and rooms all within the same location, and we live here too, giving us a genuine commitment to guest comfort. With over ten years of experience at Westpoint, we have extensive local knowledge to help make your holiday truly memorable.

Our property is ideally situated directly opposite West Beach on the renowned Jurassic Coast, offering immediate access to the scenic South West Coast Path just steps from the sea. We believe a great stay depends on three key factors: an excellent location, impeccable cleanliness, and our dedicated assistance with any guest needs that may arise.

During the summer months, you can enjoy refreshments and light bites at the onsite West Beach Café Bar. Each apartment includes a designated parking space free of charge, and we also offer a limited number of dog-friendly accommodations for guests wishing to bring their pets.

Our accommodation options include three double rooms, two one-bedroom apartments, two two-bedroom apartments, and The Studio—a cosy double room with a small kitchenette. Please note that The Studio, Apartment 2, Rooms 1 and 3 do not allow pets, while Apartments 5, 6, and 7 are pet-friendly. If you plan to bring your dog, kindly inform us in advance.

Please be aware that due to the sea defences, the estate is not accessible for guests with mobility disabilities.     Pretty much liked everything, Tracey is fabulous, the apartment was just perfect for us and our two dogs. Had everything we wanted for two nights and we could have stayed there a week if work allowed. We will be going back ? The only down side was the young ones driving up and down the sea front like they were in a Grand Prix! Loud cars, but this in no way put us off, we just hope they’ve found a new place to rev their engines ?‍♀️

    We know the area well and can easily visit in a day, living only 25 miles away. However, we decided to explore the area on foot with our dog and found this flat a perfect place to rest our heads after busy days walking, followed by a relaxing evening in one of the local pubs. The apartment was everything we needed, the bed and sofa were very comfortable, the shower was great, and it was clean and well equipped. We would recommend

    Apartment right next to the beach, great in all weathers. Host couldn’t have been more helpful. We come to WestBay every year but this is the first time we’ve gone self-catering and it’ll be the only way from now on. Best value for money and great location.

    It was just a few steps to the esplanade and the sea, so I could hear the sea most of the time. The apartment was very clean and well stocked. Tracey was incredibly helpful and always welcoming.

    Included (1 car) allocated parking makes life easy. Tracy (the owner) could not be more helpful. Ground floor appt. just great for us and the dog, straight out onto the front for the short morning walk!! Very clean comfortable appt. with all you require, if you need something ask. 2-5 min walk to all in West Bay around harbour. On site 'cafe' now 'pro asian'. Sit out with a view and the food (+ drinks) was delicious (bit of a one off in town) and the locals have found it too. Enjoy.
