Waves at North Kirra is a three-bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor across from beautiful North Kirra Beach.

The apartment offers a spacious and blissful beachside getaway, comfortably accommodating up to 7 guests.

There are 3 bedrooms - master with king bed, air-conditioner, wall mounted TV and ensuite and the second with queen bed.
The third room offers a double bed and there is a single day bed in the loungeroom, to comfortably accommodate 7 guests.

Both the master and second bedrooms have built in robes and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. There is a second bathroom with separate toilet and also washing machine and dryer for your convenience.

The light and airy open plan living room leads through to your private balcony, complete with barbeque and offering ocean breezes and views. The spacious galley kitchen is ideal for entertaining on holidays with stone benchtop, gas cooktop, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher and plenty of bench space.

With stylish, coastal decor and crisp white plantation shutters throughout, Waves at North Kirra offers a blissful holiday experience. A side courtyard with clothes line allows for convenient and private laundry hanging and drying space.

Guests can also enjoy free wi-fi during their stay! Although Waves at North Kirra is conveniently located near the Gold Coast Airport, it is uniquely positioned across from the North Kirra Surf Club where you cannot hear any aircraft noise ensuring you have the peaceful beachfront escape you are seeking.

    The apartment was in a fantastic location and very well presented. Options to eat close by and only a 20 mins walk to Coolangatta and close to bus stops. The beautiful beach is across the road. The 9:30am check out is unreasonable, particularly if you have a lunch time flight. We had no where to go with our bags. It is also located close to the airport but we had to travel into Coolangatta to pick up and return keys, most places now use lock boxes which are much easier and would have been in this instance.Overall a great stay.

    Excellent size unit, very spacious , kitchen well equipped , ground floor unit so easy access in and out. Small enclosed courtyard with its own washing line ,fantastic location across the road from the beach. A short stroll to all amenities , lovely area. Will definitely stay there again.

    We loved this property for our family of 6. House was big enough we could all spread out 2nd lounge room in bed room was very helpful for this. Kitchen had everything we needed to eat at home most meals. Location was peefect for beach swims every morning. Beds were very comphy. We would definitely be back

    Apart from the unit not being cleaned properly (fault of the property management not owner) the apartment was amazing I will be back If I can secure again. Best accommodation on the coast.

    1. The ironing board needs a decent underlay, useless for ironing. 2. Shower in en-suite, water not pondering well. 3. Soap for bathroom to simply wash hands and a few extra rolls of toilet paper would have been appreciated.

    The property was exactly as stated and presented in photos on the online listing. It was excellent value for money. The location is fantastic, right across from beautiful Kirra Beach, 5-10mins walk to shops and cafes, 3-5min drive to Coolangatta or a nice walk around the headland. Apartment was very spacious. Big comfy couch, 8 seater dining table and large well appointed kitchen was perfect for 6 adults. Addition of smart TVs with Netflix was great. Above neighbours cannot be heard at all which was a nice surprise. Check in process was easy and office was close by to the property, and handled by a lovely lady, Lisa. Only cons were: the lack of basic cooking and cleaning supplies such as spray and wipe, baking paper, olive oil etc; bathrooms don’t drain very well, fans didn’t work and it’s hard to dry towels; internal doors are noisy and wake everyone up when closed during the night. Otherwise we all agreed the property was excellent and would stay again!
