Stayed Jul 11, 2025Our host Kimberlie is just fantastic. She helped steer us to the best coffee, restaurants, and whale tour in Seward. The location could not be beat for short walks to town or the harbor. We’re going to come back here. Photos from in front of Zudy’s, and from Ressurect Coffee.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025First of all, Kim is the perfect host. She recommended several places to visit while in Seward. She responded quickly to any questions we may have had. The suite is intimate, cute and VERY clean. It’s located 2 minutes walking distance from the bay! We are a family of 4 (including 2 teenage daughters) and the size was perfect for us. We never need anything large because we are always out and about exploring wherever we go.We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 23, 2024This place is absolutely stunning; the pictures don’t do it justice. You’re just steps away from the water, and it’s by far the cleanest property I’ve ever stayed at. While there are quite a few rules, they are all reasonable and straightforward—nothing beyond what you’d typically do to maintain your own home. The location is fantastic, and the people are wonderful. Just book it; you won’t be disappointed.

Stayed Jun 8, 2024I cannot imagine finding a better place to stay if you are visiting Seward, Alaska. Kimberlie is easy to communicate with and gave us great recommendations of things to do and places to eat. We felt like we knew her forever by the end of our stay. Her place is very clean and has everything that you need for a comfortable stay. It is also centrally located in Seward and the views from the bedroom windows are breathtaking - ocean and mountains. You will not go wrong by staying here!

This is the cleanest VRBO we have been in and all standards are followed! We would recommend this property to anyone!

Stayed Jul 10, 2023Clean, up to date, well stocked home. Great location and the views were breathtaking. One block from the bike trail and easy in and out location. Host was so friendly and we enjoyed our visits with her. Definitely would stay here again on future Seward visits.
