Waterfront Beach Apartment 15 Min From Seattle

Absolutely enjoyed my stay. The location was exactly what I needed. Clean, comfortable, and quiet.

WE LOVED IT! It was the perfect choice. Wish we were able to stay longer. Our host, Linda, was gracious, welcoming and like an old friend. The location of the apartment is also perfect. So convenient to the airport, the city, and so much of Seattle and Washington’s natural beauty. Stay here! You will love it too!

The property was pretty clean for the most part. The shower mat needs to be replaced. It appeared dirty and moldy. We spent very little time here, as we had plans and just used this place to sleep and shower. The driveway is very narrow and steep. If you have a large car, you're going to have a tough time parking. From the parking spot down to the apartment is a long walk down including uneven steps. The apartment is under the owners home. Which means you hear them talking and walking above you. If you're a light sleeper as we are, you won't get much rest. I am surprised there were no prior comments about the noise from above. Overall, it was ok. However, we feel like we would have been much more comfortable in a hotel.

No regrets whatsoever. I would recommend this place and the owners to friends and family without hesitation.

This cute little one bedroom is in a prime location in Seattle. It is tucked into a lovely neighborhood near Burien - right on the Sound and a light rail ride to downtown Seattle. The unit has all amenities needed, it was clean and welcoming. Coffee and cream all set up! The host is responsive and friendly. Comfy bed and nice shower. We walked the beach and the neighborhood daily. Saw whales in the Sound!

Location was great. Linda answered all questions I had quickly. The only thing I was disappointed in was the fact that I didn't consider it a one bedroom, even though there was a divider separating the sitting room from the beds.I would stay again as overall we really liked it. Patty

Place was perfect for my wife and I. We completely enjoyed the Pacific northwest for our 15 year anniversary.

This beachfront apt is one of the best VRBO's we have stayed at over the years. It was a wonderful very relaxing quite private atmosphere right on the beach which is easily accessible with kayaks available and eveything provided for a beachfront fire. The views through the French doors were outstanding including an amazing sunset! The living area is very comfortable as is the bed with plenty of storage space. The seaside decor is lovely. There are plenty of high quality linens and towels and amenities provided. The kitchenette is fine for quick meals and snacks with plenty of coffee and teas provided. Overall the hosts have thought of everything, and there are lots of little extras.The hosts are readily available and communication was easy. They sent excellent directions and instructions for check-in and were there to get us settled in. There are quite a few steps down for those with a lot of heavy luggage.For Seattle with its crowded residential areas this VRBO is amazing and quiet with no noise from nearby SEATAC airport. We would gladly stay here again if in the area.

The beach apartment was charming. The view was great. The commute to the airport was short didn't even have to get on a major highway. Commute in to Seattle was a short distance but Seattle traffic is crazy!

My husband and I spent our 45th anniversary at the perfect beachfront property. Couldn’t have asked for the most accommodating hosts. The property was exactly as described.

Wanted something near the water and close to the airport. Everything we wanted!

We had a wonderful time with direct access to a private beach. The host was great with lots of information about places to go and restaurants near by.

I am fairly certain that this cozy guest house, boasting a fantastic view of the sound is one of the most peaceful in the Seattle Area. Sweet Location. Everything you need.

Right on the water, close to the Three Tree Point Store, and very comfortable, this is a great place to stay. The hosts are very friendly, and the accommodations are very private.

Everything as expected except that one should be aware that there are many steps down to the apartment. It is well lighted, but somewhat difficult when carrying suitcases and other bags.

Right on beach. Alot of steps down to property. Needs a dresser for clothes. Just right for 1 or 2 people. Host was friendly.

We are from the area and booked this for fun way to spend the holiday week. The cottage is small, but set up extremely well and has everything you need and then some. Our 11 year old loved the sleeping nook! The beach is lovely, walking trails are fun, little store is quaint, and super close. Hosts are very kind and welcoming, easily accessible and helpful with local knowledge. Really fun spot for the Fourth of July, so many fireworks. Hosts family shared the beach a couple of days, given the holiday. We want to come back when the orcas are coming through!
