Came as a family of seven to celebrate dad’s 60th birthday together. House was well-equipped , spacious, clean, relaxing, and had great access to the beach. Beautiful views. Outdoor shower, extra beach chairs and gear was an added bonus. Would definitely return. Puzzles, games and great TVs for inside entertainment if bad weather. Great communication from rental company. WiFi a little slow but who cares?

We had a wonderful stay at Surf Song! It was comfortable for the 5 adults, one baby, and one dog that we had with us. The kitchen was well appointed for what we needed. Some beach chairs were provided which came in handy. The view off of the back patio was all of our favorite! Can’t beat being right on the water. We loved the location, too—tucked towards the lighthouse end of the island. It was removed from the bustle of central Folly Beach, was quiet, and felt private and tucked away. Great place to stay!

The house was a dream. The owners have it super well taken care of. They were understanding of our expectations and were a true gentleman and a lady. If you can get this place, do it!

Stayed at Surf Song with our dogs in March and had a fantastic time. Great location near the end of the road / lighthouse, so no traffic, quiet beach, and great views. Parking in driveway is easy and house is in great shape / very clean, etc. Has a fantastic view of the beach from the living room, and also a nice second story porch which also has a great view (and a hose, in addition to the downstairs outdoor shower, which is nice for hosing off). Beach is beautiful and can take a great, peaceful walk with dogs down to the end where you can see the lighthouse. House was roomy with everything you need. Would stay again. Loved it.

The house was great, the pictures didn’t do it justice. It came with everything we needed. I will definitely book it again. Only downside is foam mattresses, not a fan.

Location! Location! Location! Surf Song Cottage feels like being at the end of the world yet minutes from anything I need at the same time. This place has great views and easy / private beach access. The cottage is in excellent condition with attention to detail for daily living at the beach (with dogs!). Communication with management company was thorough and helpful. We visited in the winter and it felt like living in a beachy novel. Beautiful experience. You would not be disappointed with a stay here.

We loved the house and the location. Plenty of room for our family for the week. Amenities are great and the full size w/d was key. The location is amazing. Steps to the beach, beautiful view and so much space for walks, fishing and playing with the dogs. Everyone we met was super friendly, too.

This spot was perfect for our family: 5 adults, one 3 year old, and 2 dogs. Great layout, awesome location, and good communication. We had great weather, but would have been happy here regardless; definitely hope to return!

Sarah & Steven were very organized and professional and extremely easy to work with. The house was very clean and beautiful, the kitchen well stocked with whatever tools you would need to prepare your meals.The location of the house on the beach was outstanding. Five straight days of watching the Sunrise over the Ocean was unbelievable. Myself and my husband just returned from an absolutely fantastic few days at Surf Song cottage located right on the beach. We brought our 2 little pups with us to see the ocean for the first time and the experience was just pure joy (sadly, they seem somewhat depressed after returning to Charlotte!). The cottage is absolutely adorable with a lovely cozy and modern interior and very well stocked with everything you need. I especially loved the kitchen where you can look out at the ocean while cooking. Our other favorite spot was on the front deck which has comfy seating, a large bbq and a world-class view over the ocean. We loved it so much, we booked another trip for next year before we left! A great little jewel box of a cottage in a fantastic and quiet part of Folly Beach. We can't wait to return.

My wife and I booked this place the last week of October for a change of scenery. We both work from home, so we can technically work from anywhere, so why not work from the beach? This house worked perfect for us. The views are great and the place is well stocked and well kept. Having owned a beach rental for years ourselves, we were impressed with the entire process and communication. We will be back.

We had a great trip and as always, everything was beautiful in this rental. The only issue was the motion light being out on the stairs. We have two dogs so having to pull our phone flashlight out wasn’t convenient. In addition, we pulled up one day and a guy was rinsing off in the outdoor shower, which is only on him but that night, we were extra sketched and would have felt better if the motion light had been working. Regardless, we loved the upgrades since last time and we had a fabulous time. We’ll be back!

We absolutely loved this spot! If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing, pet friendly place with a gorgeous view this is it. The house was clean and spacious with all the necessary items available to stay comfortably. We will definitely return in the future.

My family stayed for the week and it was a perfect getaway vacation home. Right on the beach and easy enough to get to everything Folly. The communication with the team was super helpful and made everything from check in to check out easy.

We stayed at Surf Song for a week and had a wonderful time. Cottage was in an excellent location and very well maintained. The view of the beach from the from deck was amazing. Perfect lodging for my wife and I with our three teenagers. We plan to go back and will book Surf Song Cottage for our next trip!

Beautiful home! Highly recommend!! The deck is awesome, comfortable beds! Excellent beach access!! Gorgeous beach views! The home had everything we needed! Suggestions: *need more than 4 rolls of TP for starter kit *The front door had issues with latching every time we left *When going down the stairs the last step to the landing is easily missed as it blends in with the landing, many of us tripped or fell on this (not fun when carrying stuff!) *Maybe state that the home sways in the wind, surprised us a bit Overall we had a fantastic stay definitely a 5/5 stars!!

Our stay at this beach house in Folly Beach was nothing short of amazing! I rented this place for my nephew's spring break, so he could maximize his surfing time while my fur baby and I could also enjoy the beach.The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with breathtaking ocean views. The house itself was spotless and perfect with the open floor plan. If you’re looking for the ultimate beach retreat, this is it! We can’t wait to come back and make more memories in this little slice of paradise.

Nice, clean and new home that is in a great location only steps from the beach. Located at the end of the road with very little traffic. It was a quiet getaway near the Morris Island Lighthouse Trail. I would book again!

We had a great time staying at this property on Folly Beach. It's close proximity to the beach was a huge plus. Our dog loved laying on the enclosed porch watching the beach. We would definitely stay at the property again!

It was an amazing time for us at the Surf Song Cottage! Beautiful Beach! Amazing View! The coziest of cottages spacious and beautiful!!!! Tropical winds came through as a result of Hurricane Helene but everything held up just fine. We loved Folly Beach and Charleston was wonderful!!!!

Myself and some friends stayed here while visiting family, and we had the best time! The house was beautiful, clean, and well stocked, everything was as shown on the listing, the host was very responsive, and the view was unbeatable. We especially loved sitting on the back porch and listening to the waves. We will definitely be back! :)
