Stayed May 17, 2025Very well maintained house, awesome place to stay. We felt at home from the start. (PS: Please make a Whatsapp account or similar for foreign guests, it's very expensive if we have to call a cellphone number ;) But it wasn't too big of problem in this case as we had the Expedia chat)

Stayed Apr 10, 2026Thank you for a wonderful stay! We were only there for about 12 hours total but it was the perfect space for us. Clean, cozy, organized, aesthetic, private, safe. The bed was so comfortable that I checked the mattress brand, ha! And the little personalizations like the welcome note, detailed history, and information about local attractions were the icing on the cake. A special gem for sure!

Stayed Oct 24, 2025This place is cozy and fun. The bed is absolutely amazing, so comfortable! The fenced in yard is great for pets. The entrance is around the back of Peoples Bank, which gives a little more privacy from the main road.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025This was perfect for a spur of the moment trip, which ours was. Cost was what talked us into this much needed trip. We love National Parks and having Mammoth Cave National Park so close was perfect. Room was a little musty but we turned the A/C down and that disappeared fast. I would suggest making the Two outlets by the bed into the ones that have USB ports with regular plugs. I totally forgot our plugs but had the cords. Other then that it was just what we needed.

Stayed Jun 1, 2025We enjoyed our couple of nights here and would come back! Location was great to the National park. Bed was comfy as well. We walked to a little coffee shop each morning and enjoyed that as well.Only small issues were WiFi and light- could really use some curtains. Or a deal breaker if you’re an early riser anyway.

Stayed Jan 17, 2025We drove over from Knoxville to enjoy Mammoth Cave for the weekend. Todd is a very communicative host! He informed me that Wanderlust (our original reservation) had roof damage but their adjacent unit (listed as “Quiet Apartment” in Brownsville) was available. The “Quiet Apartment” (also called Hickory and Bee) was lovely and we were thankful for the option to stay there.Mammoth Cave Visitor’s Center is about 20 minutes away and there are so many tour options, make sure to book ahead! There is a little grocery store and a few restaurants in Brownsville. You have a fridge available if you want to bring food and drinks. We hope to return in the warmer months to do another cave tour and hiking and will definitely book with Todd again!

Stayed Oct 26, 2024The property is so clean and neat and everything was as expected. Actually nicer than expected. It’s not large but everything was renovated so well. We stayed 2 nights. Bed was very comfortable and we enjoyed the outdoor space in the late afternoon. The coffee that you can grind yourself was a great additional treat. Would stay here again if traveling this way.
