Mandatory registration: to comply with Italian regulations, guests must submit their ID and a selfie within 48 hours of arrival and sign the rental agreement.

The apartment is a rental, not a B&B: initial cleaning, fresh linens, and a courtesy kit are included.

Extra services are available upon request for a fee.
