Stayed Nov 28, 2025To begin with, we got to the house and were not able to get in due the code to the door being wrong. We called and they didn’t answer, then got a call back about 10 minutes later and they said they ignored the call because they thought it was spam. They said they text us the day before with a new code, we never got any texts. We did get in after 15-20 minutes of standing in the rain/snow. There was left over take out food containers in the fridge from someone else. The back bedroom had a comforter that was very stained. It was DISGUSTING. At least the sheets that were put on the beds were brand new, they left the packaging in a closet. The location was good, because we wanted to be close to Washington Park and we were able to walk there.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This unit served it's purpose for us, but it was not an enjoyable stay. Here are a list of issues: - Smelly - seems like people smoked here and/or smoke in the hallway (as evidenced by a burn mark on the wall where they put out cigarettes)- Unit was very dirty. Walls, floor, bathroom, etc. My daughter didn't sleep in one of the bedrooms because of a mystery brown smudge on the wall next to the pillow. - Couldn't open all the windows (including the bathroom) because it was missing screens.- Bathroom sink barely drained...very slowly- Living room lamp didn't work- Asked to clean any mess in kitchen, but there was no dish soap- Linens were clean, but pretty worn- Neighborhood was pretty rough- Internet and TV worked well thoughIf you are looking for an inexpensive room and can put up with these things, go for it. I won't do it again.
