Being centrally located, you will have plenty of Uber, Lyft, and more transportation services available to use to explore Gainesville. Scholar Gainesville is centrally located within a mile of The Swamp, O'Connell Center, UHealth/Shands/VA Campus and the UF Campus. The #13 Bus Route is located right outside your door which takes you to the Reitz Union.

Also note that not all bedrooms will be stocked with a TV and that we will be unable to provide additional TVs on request. Check-in Age: Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are daily between 10PM - 7AM. Please be respectful to your fellow travelers and keep noise to appropriate levels. Repeated violations of this policy will result in a fee of up to $500 USD and possible removal from the premises without refund. Pool (Heated) Hours: Daily 10AM - 7PM all year round. To ensure that rooms stay fresh and clean, we will ask for a $70.00 non-refundable cleaning fee (payable the first night of your stay). Smoking Fee: We are a 100% non-smoking hotel. We have a strict no smoking policy that includes your unit, patios and common guest areas. Guests will be subject to fines up to $500 if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit. Limited Housekeeping Service: Our team maintains a high standard and will do its best to address your cleanliness needs. Please expect our team to only clean the room before check-in and after check-out during your stay. Any additional cleanings are at request/ based on availability and may incur additional cleaning fee. For stays over 30 days, we require additional personal information and a signed License Agreement in order to accommodate the stay. All guests will be required to verify their information which includes a 3rd-party background check. This is to ensure your safety as well as the safety and well being of our neighbors and our homes. All information is confidential and will not be shared with anyone for any purposes outside of your reservation. Once all information is verified, we will be able to confirm your reservation. However, we reserve the right to cancel a reservation if you fail to comply or there is a failed background check. Please be aware that an additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during the period of your stay and released back within 7 days after check-out to cover any incidentals that may occur at the property.
