Park the car and walk everywhere on Folly Beach. Small unit (250 sq feet) just blocks to the beach. Its not the most modern, its a bit old, and small. Modest and quaint comes to mind. If new beach mansion is what you expect this may not be the place for you. However, what this place has to offer is location. Its best for solo travelers or couples looking to explore Charleston and hang out on Folly beach. You can walk to the beach in less than 2 minutes and walk to 10+ beach restaurants in less than 3. As close as it is to the beach, shopping, restaurants; the street is very quiet; at night you'll only be able to hear the waves or someone singing/playing guitar in the distance.
