walk to the Beach, Playa Santa or playa monjas Apt with paddleboard and kayak

The owner was very responsive. The unit was cute and comfy. The gate to the ocean was magic. I would stay there again for sure.

Wasn’t what we expected we only stayed one night out of the 2 night we had booked . Also very disappointed that there was no deck . Very few places to eat around the area .

I loved the area secure, beautiful and quiet. The muelle has not been repaired so I was disappointed a little bit but I was able to walk to playa escondida which I enjoyed and a great restaurant very closed by. Overall I had a great stay and would go back. Thanks

Easy Access to beach area

Fantastic location — really two steps from the ocean and the dock was great. I fly regularly to the area and I wish I had known about this place before. The owner was very responsive to our needs and questions.

Nice quiet location close to beaches

The property and neighbors were sweet. The space was too small for our family of 5, and we were really sad to not have a working dock (the hurricane took it out).

Loved the area, walking distance to the beach. My family loved Matthew the friendly dog. Quite and just listening the sound of the waves while sitting at the porch.Very nice breezy wind at night. Highly recommended. Can’t wait for my next vacation and we’ll have this little Heaven again. Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

We had a lot of fun diving in Guanica. Property was as listed and well stocked.

My daughter and I had a great time. The hammock was our favorite place to hang out and listen to the ocean. The place was clean and comfortable!

Location was good. Short drive to Playa Santa a public beach, and a low cost $2.00 beach Playa Jungla. Both were very nice with the latter being much cleaner. Food and drink were within a 1 minute drive. Some area of improvement are the following: newer pots and pans, the blinds were not functional, no hot running water at the kitchen sink and bathroom sink, shower water was tepid, sink faucet was not tightened in place and sink was very stained, toaster did not stay down it had to be held, some dishes were chipped or cracked or stained. The bathroom did appear upgraded. The bed was very comfortable, and the air provided for a great sleep. A place to store or hang clothes would have been very helpful. The weather and temperature were perfect, and the humidity was nonexistent. Parking was easy and close to our front door. We enjoyed hearing the ocean from the patio.

Was as we imagined, the desk is the only thing missing. A plus when you planning ahead your vacation and moves Thank you again, is on my list to do again

The location, check in/out and air conditioning in the bedroom were good!! But the apartment, equipment (beach chair/cooler/paddle board/furniture) and the photos on the website needs updating as the bridge is no longer there.

The Dock picture are out of date, there is no functional dock, water was murky. The main reason to select this place was the dock pictures, sofa bed was dirty so my son has to use the sofa to sleep. We left a day earlier to another location

It was super close to nice beaches. Host answer pretty quickly for any questions or concerns,I I just didn’t like the smell of rotten eggs, in the air, but that is out of the Host control.
