Stayed Aug 5, 2023My son and I really enjoyed our stay. The property is just across a lawn from my favorite beach in Rincon. Super convenient. Clean. Quiet. Wake up and walk just a short ways to go snorkeling! Only downside was the bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms. Besides that, awesome!!

Stayed Aug 18, 2023Fave of three properties I stayed including one near Crash Boat (Borinquen), and one near Sandy Beach. Comfortable, clean and complete unit. Technically a few minute walk to steps but is essentially right in back yard. And only a few minute walk to Marina (aka Black Eagle Beach) and from there just a couple more minutes to Balneario Publico de Rincon. Will book here again if available next go round.
