Stayed Aug 19, 2025The location was fantastic - cute little community and a great jumping off point to explore the area. The unit itself contained the door to the old cellar and the bottom edge of the door looked like it had been chewed by an animal. The first night, the tenants upstairs could be heard very easily; the next two nights there were animals running around in the ceiling. Perhaps increased insulation or sound proofing would help. There was no way to lock the exterior door by which you gain access to both units and only one deadbolt on the front door to the ground unit. A bit more security would add to peace of mind.

Stayed Aug 11, 2025It was clean, very basic , used as a base for our daytime adventures. It was pet friendly.I am thankful we did not really eat meals in , the dumpster was overflowing when we arrived and the same when we left. Be prepared , you hear every movement from the upstairs apartment and unfortunately no fault of the rental company, that the upstairs was rented to noisy people .The WiFi access was annoying and would not stay connected. These are just small items but it did give an overall impression.
