Virginia Beach Oceanfront/Boardwalk, Beach, Pool & Balcony

Place with great location very clean but the building looks like it needs a good renovation on the exterior the Care taker was doing a great job keeping everything clean the small apartment has everything you need for a couple over all good experience

Wonderful place to stay, right on the beach and a nice pool. Everything was very clean and the owners responded extremely quick. They gave us the option to check in a few hours early, and gave recommendations on places to eat and things to do. Highly recommend!

Clean and convenient to the beach.

A little disappointed. Advertised as oceanfront. Was ocean view. Advertised washer and dryer. Was not in studio--in basement. No handsoap in kitchen or bathroom. Only one hand towel in bathroom. We are used to units having something to cover food (aluminum/plastic wrap). No table to eat except coffee table. The cabinet for clothes had no shelves and only two hangers. The advertised patio and grill faced a building and street with no shade. Two inches of standing water in tub during showers. Nor did the tub have safety bars. Difficult to get in and out with nothing to hold onto.All that being said, it was clean and communication with owner was excellent. We are just used to great accommodations for that price. We knew about the steps, but way too many for numerous trips. Access to the beach was excellent also.

First of all sorry about the not letting you know when they left. From what the girls told me everything was great, they had had no problem checking in and the place was clean and nice, perfect for what they needed for the weekend after the concert. Thanks to all who had a part in it!!We will keep you in mind for the next trip to Virginia Beach.Have a great day!

Wonderfully clean property, hosts incredibly responsive.

Location was great ..Unit was Too small .Air circulation was poor,,,ac was noisy and difficult to manage'Boardwalk was awesome..Local restaurants away from the beach area were great

We enjoyed our stay in VA beach. The option of sitting on the lawn or in beach chairs on the sand gave us the flexibility to enjoy the ocean view each day. We also enjoyed our balcony. Having an assigned parking spot made parking a breeze.

Overall it was a good trip. The property had a good side view of the ocean and was well prepped with the music playing and nice chocolates. It was a bit small for 3 adults. Better for a single person or couple.

The location was perfect for our needs and close to many restaurants and has wonderful beach access.

This place is awesome. Clean, next to beach, and access to pool. Owners are super awesome to work with.

Cute, cozy, all you need for a few relaxing days at the beach. The beach, boardwalk, and Atlantic Ave are outside your door waiting for you to enjoy.

Great location for 8 days. Only got in our vehicle 4 times to go anywhere because everything we need was right there or within walking distance.

Clean, recently updated studio. The building itself is older, but the place is being kept and remodeled in areas. There are stairs to climb, no elevator. Didn’t bother us, but something to keep in mind. The view is accurate from the first picture. The ocean is seen, but you are on the side of the building, so it’s not direct ocean front. The amenities were great! Towels, sheets, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie board. Everything to make our stay easy. We liked that the area wasn’t too busy being at the end of the boardwalk, yet you can easily access all the activities of Virginia Beach and the boardwalk. We enjoyed using the provided bikes also. We met a couple of the permanent residents of the building who were super nice. The Host was helpful and very quick to respond to a couple of our questions.

Loved this location. Loved the cute little suite, although it was much smaller than anticipated. We thought there was a separate bedroom and with a queen size bed, it was a bit tight. We made it work, though. The owner was wonderful. A beach chair broke on the 2nd day and he brought a new one within 1/2 hr of emailing him. The place was clean and stocked with all sorts of kitchen items for you to use if you chose to cook!
