Vineyard Guest House, Fabulous Views and Covered Parking

This property and the host were both top notch. Our host was friendly and welcoming without being intrusive, leaving us clear instructions on how to easily reach him if necessary. The property was immaculate and peaceful. There is a sunny balcony for evening wine or morning coffee and a great view of the valley. We highly recommend this host and this property to any traveler!

It's a wonderful place in a quiet vineyard with views of grapes, horses, fruit trees, and hummingbirds. Steve is a great host.

The room and furnishings are top notch, with lots of extra touches provided by our host, e.g., coffee creamer, water bottles and even a bottle of his personally crafted Zinfandel. We thoroughly enjoyed sipping wine on the balcony overlooking the fields. The host made sure this was a 5-star experience, we highly recommend the Vineyard Guest House.

This place was a nice, quiet, with a very peaceful atmosphere and a very friedly host. Clean and every detail covered! Coffee maker with coffee and creamer, sodas, beer and water in the fridge upon arrival. Furnishings were very tastefully done and very comfortable. We would most definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Paso Robles area.

Wonderful host and property. A private guest house above the garage. Owner has his own vineyard on property. A beautiful location that is west facing for California sunsets. Conveniently located in a peaceful neighborhood nearby all types of exploration opportunities.

This property was a gem! Perfect size for what we needed, it was also clean, cute and cozy. Very close drive to local stores, restaurants and entertainment. Steve the owner, was also great to talk too. He takes pride in his property and it shows! Would definitely recommend and plan an visit again soon!

Our experience was wonderful! Very close to wineries, restaurants, shops, etc. the suite is above the host’s garage using stairs to get there. There were lovely details in the home, a spa like shower, refrigerator, coffee maker, stocked beverages, microwave and no stove. The host makes wine on his property and we got to taste. He was a fantastic host and we will be back again!

We had a wonderful time at Steve’s property. We loved learning about the vines on the property and his wine making. The guest space was warm and comfortable with everything we needed. If you have a visit to Paso Robles planned, this is the place to stay.

The owner was excellent, location perfect close to stores just outside Paso Robles, nice views. This is a good location for wine tasting or just to visit the area. Steve (the owner) gave us a tour of his wine making room and property. Very peaceful location Steve gave us what we needed but also was respectful of our privacy. We stayed for 7 nights price was fair we would stay again.

Perfect location to experience all Paso and surrounding area has to offer! Our host, Steve, was great and was more than happy to give us winery and restaurant suggestions during our stay! His property was a little slice of vineyard heaven with a beautiful sunset view…perfect place to enjoy a glass (or bottle!) of wine when you return for the day!

The guest house was perfect for my visit to Paso. It was so well appointed and comfortable. Steve was an excellent host. I’ll definitely book again for my next visit to the area.

Room was super clean and spacious. I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing missing was a full body length mirror since I was getting ready for a wedding. Otherwise, the rest of the place was conducive to a comfortable stay!

The vineyard guest house was perfect for our two night stay in Paso Robles! Steve is a wonderful host and greeted us upon arrival to give us a tour of the guest house. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Steve even provided a bottle of his wine which was so nice to enjoy in the evening while catching the most amazing sunset on the balcony! The location is perfect for grabbing an Uber and heading to some of the best nearby wineries or into downtown for dinner. We will definitely stay again next time we are in town!

Perfect getaway spot for a couple looking to enjoy the area and be able to have some peaceful down time as well.

Our first time in Paso Robles and the Guest House was perfect. It’s a beautiful property, very peaceful. Nicely appointed and clean with a great bed a beautiful view from the balcony, our dog enjoyed lounging there in the morning. We liked the location, it was centrally located to wineries, shopping and all the restaurants in the park area. Steve is a great host! Super friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again, hopefully for a while longer next time.

Gorgeous setting. Quiet and well built/maintained accommodations. My husband and I were lucky enough to have time talking with our host, Steve which we both thoroughly enjoyed. Steve generously left a bottle oh his delicious wine in our room. Accommodations, although in the countryside, is surprisingly close to the city center. Can’t praise this property enough. We hope to return.

Great place for the 2 of us to stay while in town for Sensorio. Rural feel with a small vineyard in view of our balcony, clean, had everything we needed. Enjoyed the afternoon sun while having a quiet read on the balcony. Relatively new construction with some handcrafted furniture by the owner. Well lit and cheerful with plenty of windows, a couch and coffee table, coffee maker fridge and microwave. Clean well appointed bathroom. The area is a welcome quiet after the busyness of the Paso Robles town center which is just a short drive away. Friendly host.

Loved the location, close to town and on a private road. Drank wine, sat on the balcony and watched the sun set. Steve was great and very accessible if needed. Enjoyed getting to know him. His wine is pretty good too!! Definitely plan to stay here again.
