Everything was exactly as advertised. The sunrises were just stunning.

Excellent property! Beautiful beach views, well decorated unit, great owners. I can’t think of anything else one would need to have a fantastic island vacation.

Amelia Soleil is an absolute gem! The views are nothing short of breathtaking, and the moment you step in, you can feel the care and attention to every detail. The owners are incredibly kind and accommodating, making the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, spotless, and perfectly maintained. First, Joan, our host, was fabulous from time of booking throughout our stay. Everything about the condo was first class. Lovely furnishings Comfortable beds flowers and a bottle of wine upon arrival. We wanted for nothing. Even instructions on how to use the tv. Air conditioning worked well. Three coffee makers. A lot of little extras that most condos don’t provide. Thanks again, Joan, for all that you do for your guests. I hope to come back and stay for another week next year!

Beautiful condo, even more spectacular than pictures. Two King suites, both with walk-in showers, very hard to find. Owners provided a bottle of wine, fresh flowers & candies upon arrival! Very easy to access our unit, front gate, etc. Never had owners leave so many extras; facial cleaning wipes, extra toiletries, dishwasher & washing machine detergents! A fabulous week- and did I mention the million dollar view??

The condo and the view were great. First time for snow in Florida, but we still had fun in the condo and dining out at good restaurants.

This condo was absolutely beautiful and immaculate! The owners have thoughtfully provided everything you need for a relaxing and amazing stay. We will definitely be back!

As usual this is the best we stayed in. 3 times nowJoan and Joe are the greatest hosts. Due to an Emergency we had to leave a day earlier, but if at all possible, we will be back!

The property is quiet and well maintained. The close location to the ocean and pools is fantastic. Unobstructed ocean views from every room. The managers are easily accessible and helpful.

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful condo! The host was very attentive and prompt in answering our questions. The layout of the condo was really nice for 2 couples. Each of us got our own King size bed and nice balcony/view of the ocean. We do recommend this lovely condo!

We can't say enough about how pleased we were with our stay here! The listing photos only provide a glimpse of how wonderful this unit is. Recently updated throughout, the place is warm, welcoming, and very clean. The ocean views are spectacular, the rooms are large and comfortable, and the full-size washer/dryer and kitchen appliances made us feel right at home. Joan and Joe were amazing hosts and filled the place with personal touches and conveniences ranging from spa-level soaps and shampoos in both bathrooms, to a fully stocked coffee bar, to a variety of baking goods, spices, etc., and even a bottle of welcome wine! We have already reserved the space for next year and look forward to many happy returns. Book today... you will NOT be disappointed!!

This is a beautiful condo with an incredible view! It is even more stunning than the photos in the listing. The grounds were well maintained as were the common areas of the buildings. Perfect layout for 4 people. We were entertained daily watching the dolphins and turtles and rabbits. Looking forward to our next visit.

The condo is gorgeous, recently renovated, very well stocked, will definitely stay again. The buildings themselves are older, owners can’t do anything about that but this owner has got to have the best unit in the four buildings. We stayed here instead of Ritz, for space, and didn’t regret it at all. We walked to Ritz each morning for breakfast.

My sister and I stayed at the condo for an extended weekend. The condo was perfect for our needs. Everything we needed for a relaxing trip was available in the unit. The unit was clean. The furniture was incredibly comfortable. It was great we had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well appointed. It's a five minute walk down the path to the beach. It's a great beach! Condo was near stores and other fun activities on Amelia Island. We (women of color) also felt safe. Others renters (or owners) were very pleasant. We look forward to returning!
