This prime location allows guests to enjoy peaceful walks in the countryside while also having easy access to the Carboniferous beaches and the Mortelliccio Sterpaia Park, all while avoiding the crowds at the bathing establishments.

The villa also offers a variety of activities, including fishing, horseback riding, and biking.

Surrounded by about 2,000 olive trees, many of which are centuries-old, the estate produces organic extra-virgin olive oil, and guests can enjoy on-site tastings.
