Villa Anna, apartment 1. In 10 minutes to Venice

Was wonderful having the entire home to ourselves! Very spacious and exactly as described!

Transfers from the apartment to Venezia was simple and easy. Beats carrying your luggage over all of the bridges in Venice. The apartment was spacious and modern in a quiet neighborhood.

Beautiful property which is in a quiet area and a short bus journey into Venice Central. Property is spacious with plenty areas to relax outdoors. It is situated in a quiet residential area with good options to dine with a supermarket & bakery nearby. The villa is maintained to an excellent standard and all staff & host were fantastic in their assistance. Look forward to returning...Grazie!

Very nice home. Clean and easy access. Host was responsive and easy to chat with. Avoid the high cost of staying on island and the crowds. Experience Mestre and enjoy. Easy walk to a supermarket and a bakery a block away.

We stayed 2 nights only but the apartment is well equipped for a longer stay and easily accessible to Venice

We loved this house for our first 2 nights in Italy! It was easy to communicate with our host on the app. The check-in was challenging because of language barriers but, with a lot of hand gestures and Google translate, we made it work. The house is large and gave us lots of room to relax. It's situated a short bus ride from Venice and in a quiet residential neighbourhood. We found the local supermarket close by and a lovely Italian restaurant around the corner with a welcoming owner and staff.

Very hot could have used a couple more air conditioners.

Our stay at Villa Anna exceeded our expectations. This house is actually so much better and more than what even the pictures of the listing show. Convenience to Venice was exactly as described. We especially appreciated the ice maker. As Americans we depend on ice in our water, and we had a freshly made abundance of it readily available. The one small negative we would mention is that the upstairs AC was not enough to keep us comfortable during the night. But the downstairs AC unit worked well and also was MOST appreciated! We would definitely rent here again, but next time it will be in the spring or fall.

We loved our stay here! Great place with an excellent location and accommodations. Erika and her associate were great to work with in the check in and getting around Venice. Would definitely recommend!

Clean place, security good, nice size, nice location with easy access to Venice. Only thing was a difficult time trying to figure out the washer/dryer combo.

Altogether, we enjoyed our vacation in the house and the Venice region. It would have been desirable at check-in, however, if the property owner had shown up herself instead of sending over a kind lady who spoke only Italian and could not communicate well with us. Furthermore, the serious mold problem in one of the four bedrooms cannot possibly have been unknown. It forced us to avoid use of this room for health reasons. A small refund was offered, but a situation like this should not arise in the first place...
