Stayed Jul 14, 2024We had a lovely stay, the property was just as described and perfect for our short visit! The communication and greeting to the property was excellent and location spot on for transport into Venice.

Stayed Apr 8, 2025This is the perfect apartment for 2 couples who want to visit Venice and the area.The train to Venice takes 10 minutes and is only a 5 to 6 minute walk from the apartment. Restaurants and grocery stores are close buy.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024The home was nice inside but the neighborhood was a bit shady and didn’t give you a safe feeling. there were several groups of men drinking and smoking just down from the home late at night. Also, loud music until late at night and fireworks in September so not sure what that was about. Close to the train so it only took a few minutes to get to Venice.

Stayed May 12, 2022Property is exactly as advertised, this was our 3rd attempt to stay here (2 cancelled due to Covid). Julia was very helpful, we ate at her restaurant all three nights we were there because the food was so good. 5 min walk to bus, about 15 min into Venice. taxi was 40 Euros from Airport. Would definitely stay again!

Stayed Aug 29, 2019The apartment had everything we needed. It was well equipped and very clean. Julia was lovely. We ate at her restaurant one night which was very good. The apartment is near to the bus stop. 10 minutes into Venice.

Stayed Jul 21, 2019My son and I stayed in this apartment on our Italy holiday. This apartment is just beautiful and I would highly recommend. Very lovely neighborhood and conveniently located close to transportation and walking distance to great restaurants.
