The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.



St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

TRUST & SAFETY

The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.

✔ Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10 pm.

✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.

    The hair dryer did not work; the host replaced it fairly quickly. The bathtub is very slippery and needs a non-slip mat. Communications are hard to read because they're all in one enormous text string, but the host does respond.

    Communication with the honor was very good, as well as quick and helpful. Overall, the place was clean, but a few hairs were found on the shower wall. I wasn’t aware in the listing that there would be people on the upper level; heard them walking at early hours. I am overall pleased with my first Vrbo experience.

    Apartment was clean and had everything we needed. The people avove us had kids running around til 11pm both nights so that was rough. Everything else about our stay was great! Close to downtown, a grocery store and all ETL has to offer.

    I enjoyed my stay for the most part. My only issue was there was no salting and shoveling done at the entrance of property which could have caused an issue though I didn’t contact them regarding this issue I don’t think I should have to. Otherwise any contact was with them was on point and they tried to get me what I needed. This is my third stay with them so I like how the handle the properties they manage.

    The host was super easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this home as your choice to stay in. Very easy to check in and access. We found a local coffee, wine and plant bar within walking distance. Fully stocked and excellent location.

    The check in process was very easy, and the property manager was always available via text message for questions, which I really appreciated. The neighborhood was described as quiet, mostly because there are only 3 residence buildings on the block; the rest of the buildings were abandoned and/or closed businesses. The rental was very clean for the most part; there was quite a bit of mildew staining in the bathroom, and my son’s allergies were acting up, likely due to dust/moisture from being in the basement of the building. The thing that was lacking was the furniture. The couch was quite old and well-worn, the mattresses on the beds were tilted downward toward the headboards making it feel like I was upside down. There were no full length mirrors or other places in the space where one person could get ready while the sole bathroom was occupied. Also, the noise level was difficult for us to get used to. The vinyl flooring was very loud, even with bare feet, both in our unit and the one upstairs from us. The upstairs tenant walked back and forth across our ceiling all night long, and the sound seemed to be amplified by the acoustics. They did provide sound machines in each of the bedrooms, which helped some, but not quite enough to prevent us from waking up to the walking above us.

    The only issue i had personally was finding the trash dumpster even with instruction, but we didnt stay long enoigh to make enough trash for it to be a defining issue. Overall, great place, great location, great amenities.

    Me and my sons stayed a few days and everything was great. It was nice to have free street parking. I cooked each night so it was good to have a nice kitchen (There are no pans though…just pots). Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean.
