Apartment: Beautiful apartment with two rooms and an amazing 25m2 roof terrace with sea view. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook. Location: Perfectly located, close to the beach (100m) as well as to the old town of Antibes (250m). We stayed three weeks in the apartment and enjoyed every day! The host was always available for any question we had!

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment. The apartment is located on the top floor of a well kept building centrally located in Antibes. It was a pleasure to have breakfast and dinner on the lovely 25m2 terrace. The apartment was very clean well equipped and very functional. Madame Nathalie was extremely hospitable and available throughout my stay. Definitely deserves a return visit. Thanks again .. Ronald

Nathalie went above and beyond, personally came to the bus station to pick us up when mobile service was not working for google maps. Lovely stay, when in Antibes I would stay again.

Very nice apartment in a quiet building, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the old town (and a grocery store just outside the door!) The two balconies allows you to enjoy both the morning and evening sun, wonderful! The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The host, Nathalie, is very warm and helpful. We would love to come back!

This apartment got everything you can need. A very cosy place, big lovely terrace and a. small balcony from the bedroom. Its right on spot from the boulepark and just 5 minutes walk to the Plage du Ponteil 🕶⛱ U want go home 😘

This is a great apartment, well equipped and nicely presented. The large patio with a sea view really makes it. There is also a small patio outside the bedroom at the back of the apartment, which allows a welcoming flow of air through the apartment on hot days. We really enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I stayed here for Easter weekend. The flat's location is perfect - very close to the beaches, easy walk to the old town, the port, Picasso museum, grocery shops. The balcony in the bedroom opens up to a quiet neighbourhood - we enjoyed nice sea breeze all through the night. The other side of the flat has a huge terrace - lovely spot for breakfast. The kitchen is small, but has all the essentials for light cooking. The owner is helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend this flat when staying in Antibes.

...and what a view from that wonderful terrace on the 7th floor. This beautiful apartment is situated in a perfect location right in the middle of Antibes with all amenities and wonderful sights and landmarks within walking distance. Lovely sandy beaches are a 5 minutes walk to the right along the sea front. The old town of Antibes and it's delightful restaurants, typical provençal market and quirky little streets is 5 minutes to the left with banks, supermarkets and independent food shops a leisurely stroll away. Add to all this, a fully equipped and very comfortable apartment, a warm and friendly welcome by it's charming owner and you have the perfect holiday rental. We can't wait to go back.

Have rent it 2 times, and will allso rent it again in 2015. Very nice appartement with a great view. Close to the beach and the old town. High standard of cleaning. Owner is very helpfull.

This beautiful spacious flat is the perfect location for exploring Antibes and the entire Riviera. The flat has a lovely lounge area with an inside eating area that easily accomodates four people, a spacious bedroom, a tidy well equipped kitchen, and an absolutely fabulous, huge terrace that overlooks the nearby Mediterranean with plenty of space for outdoor dining. Both the public beach and Old Antibes are a short 5 minute walk and plentiful shopping and restaurants are also nearby. The building is very nice, well maintained and is equiped with an elevator and easily accessed and secure parking. The flat itself is well appointed and attractive. The owner is accomodating and charming. Everything about this flat exceeded our expectations - it was absolutely perfect!!!
