Stayed Nov 9, 2022First thing I did try to communicate with the owner. They didn’t respond until the day before I left. I was there from Wednesday to Monday morning. Couch smell like pee the main bedroom shower burn my wife the beds hard as a rock and flat pillows cooking pots scratch and over all it’s not really in Sambordon it’s more in daule. Hopefully no one eles would need to experience this horrible experience my family and I had to. And the place is still under construction lots of dirt.

Stayed Mar 8, 2020Great value for the apartment and amenities. That being said there is room for improvement. mattresses are very hard and not comfortable, and water heater is not working, likely to be fixed. May need fumigation, many insects and few even inside. Nothing that cant be fixed. Other than that, great place will definitely recommend. Security and guards in front gate may feel bothersome but it provides a great deal of safety for the visitors.
