Venice: charming flat, within easy walking distance of St. Mark’s Square

We had a great stay for 3 nights in Silvia’s place. The location was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 children; we were within a couple minutes walk of the vaporetto, a playground, gelato, groceries, and a bunch of reasonably priced delicious restaurants. The actual space was incredibly clean and spacious for our family. I would caution that the quality of the mattresses is pretty poor so this may not be the best place if you struggle with any back issues. That being said, everything else was great and this was a steal.

Spotless and quiet. Away from the crowds near St. Marks but easy to access on foot or by boat. On the top floor of the building so not ideal for those with large cases or mobility issues. We loved it and hope to be back.

Nice location, not too far from the main tourist attractions, but far enough to avoid the crowds.

Off the beaten track and all the better for it. Very quiet but very easy access to major attractions. Good local shopping and eating. Hosts very pleasant and very helpful.

Great location away from St. Mark's but easy access by water bus. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable apartment. Would recommend this to others and would stay again. Being a little ways away from St. Mark's (15 minute walk) was a great way to see some less frequently traveled parts of Venice.

Had lots of room. Be aware that it is on 3rd floor. Very convenient to vaporetto. Quieter area which is nice. Sylvia was great at communication and availability.

Dear Sylvia, your appartement was perfect for us three. Very clean, very quiet, away from tourist pathway but also very near to the next vaporetto station, that brings you in only 2 stops to San Marco. We enjoyed our stay and will certainly book again when we come to Venice next time. It was nice to meet you and we will see us next time. (We also made, as you suggested, the trip to San Lazzaro. Very clean and homely, lovely woman that looks after it. We came as a large group and compared to the other apartments of the same price this was so much nicer. Would definitely recommend! ?

A small apartment, but suitable for 4 persons, confortable and clean. It has air conditioning (very important). Nearby there are some restaurants, bakery and supermarket. It is also very close to Vaporetto. Silvia was very kind, helpful and discreet (thank you!).
