Stayed May 31, 2025First of all, Isabella was amazing. She and the Venice staff kept in constant communication with us after we booked. Even met us at the boat after we had a “challenging” day arriving from Florence via train, which we greatly appreciated.The PERFECT Venice location. When they say on the canal it is in the heart of a beautiful canal that made for an incredible experience just by opening our windows. The apartment(s) were impressive! Clean. Safe. Quiet. Amazing neighborhood close to everything you want to see in Venice. One of our favorite apartments during our stays in Rome-Florence-Venice-Milan-Luzern. Loved. Loved. Loved it! Highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 12, 2023I highly recommend this place if you are visiting Venice. The location can’t be beat - shopping, restaurants, cafes - all within a 2 minute walk. Plus, once you look out or open the windows, you are on the canal with all of the gondolas. It’s amazing! You do have to go up about 6 states to get into the place (important if have older people with you). The beds are small (queen?), but there is a pullout sleeper. We had 3 people in the unit and it was perfect! Would totally stay here again! Have the water taxi drop you off right at the apartment (not at the local taxi stop). This is a real gem in Venice!
