Venice Beach Ocean View Studio steps from the sand with a parking spot!!

Poorly maintained - shower was like a drizzle- Overall property was not clean- shower window sill covered with dirt from windows. Disappointed.

Thanks to Marie for sharing her little place with us!! Although it is a bit dated, it worked perfectly for us. Fully stocked kitchen had everything we needed. And beach towels!! Can't even tell you how many times we have stayed at an oceanside place and no beach towels are provided. Only steps from the beach and all the craziness on the Venice Beach Boardwalk - yet quiet and comfortable in the evening. Great patio area for a quiet evening drink and snack, or walk to the center of town for a coffee and dessert there.. Just a perfect getaway for us!!

Me, my 18 yo daughter and her boyfriend spent 4 days in this as advertised, comfy cozy corner in a quiet section just off Venice Beach. When I say just off it is a short walk out the front door to the boardwalk. There is a good morning view of the ocean. We had a wonderful time sight seeing, people watching and relaxing. Santa Monica Pier within walking distance. Hollywood and Anaheim 30-45 minute drive. Unit comes with a parking space which was extremely convenient. Marie was a pleasure to work with. Friendly, accessible with answers to all my questions and on-time! I would not hesitate to rent this place again. My first time using VRBO and this experience has me looking forward to our next adventure!

Less than 100 yards to the ocean, this condo is the perfect location on Venice Beach. The Santa Monica pier is about a mile walk, the way I started every morning. It's a top floor, corner unit which is extremely quiet at night; I kept the window cracked to fall asleep to ocean noise. The place was very clean with a great, fully furnished kitchen, and comfortable queen sized bed. There's also a fold out sofa which I didn't need being a solo occupant. The HD television includes HBO, Showtime, and Netflix; the wifi internet signal is top speed. A parking space is included just outside the locked entrance to the complex. The entire area is entirely safe and secure. My week was wonderful and I wouldn't hesitate to return someday!

I spent two weeks here in January and it's a wonderful place. A rare combination: from this studio you can hear and see the ocean, and it also has a full kitchen, a bathtub, internet service. You can actually see the ocean from the bed, and the dining table sits between two big screened windows. The owner is easy to get in touch with, was attentive to my requests, and responded quickly whenever I had a question. The location on Venice beach is central with many options for food and shopping within walking distance, and the apartment faces the walking path instead of the street so there is little traffic noise. The apartment neighbors were friendly and quiet, and the patio is protected by a secure gate. I'll definitely be returning to this rental for my next vacation.
