This charming 1800’s Victorian duplex underwent an extensive renovation that was completed in summer of 2023. It retains its historic charm with original wooden doors, a bedroom fireplace (now decorative only), and its location on a quiet cobblestone street. However, it was thoughtfully modernized with new plumbing, electric, flooring, appliances, and light fixtures and is decorated in a timeless style with a nod to its heritage but in no way retro.

Stayed Feb 13, 2026What a great hidden gem! Great location near the historic district. Parking was great but a little narrow driveway for our big truck! We were able to get curb parking. The living room was so cozy! Everything is brand new. We will stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you for a great place to stay.

It was clean, the house was nicely decorated, and had everything we needed. I love that the owners communicated promptly and showed that they cared about their visitors.

Stayed Oct 8, 2025We had a great stay at urban oasis. The properties beautiful decor made it a very tranquil, relaxing space. The beds were very comfortable and it was spotlessly clean. I appreciated how well equipped the kitchen was so I had no problem cooking a family meal. The location is awesome. Everything downtown was in walking distance. The grocery store was only a 5 minute drive away. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Wilmington

It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the thoughtful little touches like laundry pods, a snack station, and water bottles. Those small extras made us feel so welcome. The location was great too — close to everything we wanted to explore in the area. We’d definitely stay here again!

Stayed Sep 19, 2024Property is just as cute as seen in the pictures. Check-in was super easy and they have spacious parking in the back. Very walkable to the downtown area and Ubers are quick as well. Wilmington did not disappoint. My best friend and I had a great girls getaway and this cute home was cozy and lovely.
