Urban 1BD 1BA Apartment Near OSU

It was such a nice cozy place to stay, and it was very clean. There were also k-cups for the morning, which was a nice touch. Communication with the host was great. Highly recommend!

Very cute little place to stay. We needed a safe place just to stay for a concert and it was perfect. The host was amazing to connect with, very kind and helpful.

Convenient location, easy & helpful host communication, & clean home.

First, the high points. Communication with Brandon was excellent throughout our stay. The apartment was very clean. The bed (memory foam) was very comfortable, and we slept well. The set of dining dishes and silverware were fine. The kitchen sink and microwave were large.I wish there had been a slim binder of info about the apartment, operation of the TV, etc. The bathroom light was tough to find. It is not just inside or outside the door, as expected. It was a challenge. The toilet often double flushes on its own, and it didn't matter what was in it. I didn't like the hard couch.The kitchenette had the most issues. The drawer under the stove pulled out cockeyed then couldn't be shoved back in. We made Brandon aware. The fridge was set to a higher temperature than it should've been, but it wasn't hard to reset properly (middle). However, the fridge door storage was totally unusable except for the butter compartment. None of the shelves in the door had rails to hold any objects in place at all! There was only one ice cube tray in the freezer, which was not adequate; we bought and left a second bigger one. It is really not set up for cooking, but we managed. The one item every rental almost always has is a blender, but not here.If you're not familiar with the neighborhood, it's a little rough. Parking on the street was not a problem, though. The front steps are steep, and their age shows. The back steps are in better shape. It is close to German Village and OSU.

Only stayed for one night but it had all of the important parts of a good stay: easy parking, clean accomodations, good air conditioning, and good water pressure.

Perfect location for walking to the OSU stadium for commencement ceremony. Property was very clean and comfortable. Plenty of parking available. Good communication with host.

This home is great! It is a great location, the owner keeps it very clean and has everything one might need. I had wonderful communication with the owner with awesome response times.Thanks for the recommendation for Fox in the Snow was fantastic!I would definitely stay there again.
