Welcome to The Ashwood! This penthouse boasts soaring ceilings, stunning finishes, and a location that can't be beat! This loft-style 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is the ultimate destination for an upscale Nashville escape; located in 12th South and less than 3 miles to everything Broadway has to offer! This penthouse is professionally designed with thoughtful touches, allowing you and your guests to unwind in privacy without ever being far from the action.



Both bedrooms offer luxurious king beds, and both have an en suite full bathroom for your convenience. Washers/dryers are in unit, making for easy laundry. Tall, vaulted ceilings allow for a true city feel on a tree-lined lovely street.     Amazing location. Nearby restaurants, bakeries, shops, walking areas, pumpkin patch. Space is lovely furnished and decorated clean walk-up with great outdoor private communal residence patio space to enjoy. Can't hear or smell retail spaces below. Beds are extremely comfortable and love the added charger block in the bedrooms. Amenities overall are great but wish there were more spices available. Owner very responsive prior and during stay. Plus extra added touch from Owner with Tiff's treats delivery of freshly baked warm cookies shortly after arrival was very nice surprise. Location is close to everything - other friends, downtown, arena, the Basement, interstate.... Five daughters donuts and The buttermilk Ranch just a short .2 mile walk and delicious. If have time for fine dining, Audrey is absolutely amazing and one of the top 50 restaurants in the nation this year. Thank you again Isabeau and Shaun!

    My three sisters, myself and my mom spent a long weekend in Nashville at The Waverly and it was beyond perfect! The place was just as the pictures show. The location was a nice neighborhood, walkable to shops and easy to take a bus downtown. Cookies were delivered from our host on the first day, which was a nice surprise. Would definitely recommend this rental!!

    After a long drive to Nashville, we arrived late at night to find freshly baked cookies which had just been delivered. It was a nice start the the week! The location was great and walkable to a variety of locations, even downtown if you're up for a good walk. The apartment was just as pictured with lots of light and adequate space for 4 adults. I would definitely stay here again.

    This condo in 12 South was the perfect condo for our group of 4 adults. The location was amazing, above an amazing taco place and a short walk to the main strip of 12 South. We were about a 10 minute drive to Broadway and about 7-8 minutes to The Gulch. The condo was spotlessly clean and check in was super easy. We didn’t cook meals but the condo had 2 coffee makers (Keurig and regular coffee maker) and enough dishes for what we needed. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we come back to Nashville.
