Stayed Apr 7, 2026Facility was fine. The pictures in the ad don't really tell how small the condo is. Pool was small but adequate. Upstairs area could use an overhaul. . Not much room to maneuver in rooms due to the 2 large beds in 1 room. Carpeting is old. Smell is a bit musty, 2 outlets didn't work to charge phones. Overall fine for trip. Also, Old town is more than a short walk. You need a car to get around

Stayed Feb 20, 2026Condo was in good condition and clean. Owner was responsive and very easy to work with throughout the process. Location was close to Fashion Square, and within walking distance to many restaurants and Old Town.

Stayed Oct 22, 2025Great area to stay if you have a rental car because it’s close to everything. Camelback hike is a 5 minute drive and national parks are under an hour away. The rental was fine, and I only say that due to some lack of updates that could be done. The rental manager was quick to reply and easy to communicate with and it did seem like they are working on updating some things, so I would guess that it’s going to get even better. They provided plenty of towels and supplies that are needed for a rental, but there was some wet spots in the ceiling and seemed like there was some plumbing issues (the toilets made a really loud squeak noise after flushing).
