Stayed Jul 3, 2025It has a considerably well equipped tiny kitchen for easy meal (no oven, 4 fire stoves). Space is ok for 6 persons, but there is nothing luxury or extra. We really just pay for being inside Venice in the summer time.It is quite a bit of walk (20 minutes at least) from Piazza Roma, if you take People's Mover from the car park. Rialto is less than 5 min walk, restaurants and shops are just outside of the small alley where the apartment is.Grocery near Rialto is like 7 min walk.Communication with the host was relatively easy.We loved the towels, they were soft and fluffy.

Stayed Jun 27, 2024This was a wonderful place to stay for our family of 5. The apartment is a good size and easy to access, yet away from the crowds (quiet). The location is perfect as it is a short walk to Rialto Market and bridge, centralized in the city to get anywhere easily and very close to multiple water taxi stops.

Stayed Dec 28, 2023The stay was fine, other then there was a strong smoke smell in the apartment.
