Good location and plenty of room. Kitchen needs a pizza pan and casserole dish. Bathroom needs something in the shower for shampoo and body wash. Also a hook on the wall for cosmetic bag. Overall a good place for the price.
This property is great! The location is wonderful and the neighborhood is so cute. The amenities provided were perfect for our group. We held a graduation party in the yard and everything went perfect! Plenty of room for all of us!!! We look forward to coming back again!!
I booked over Labor Day weekend for a girls trip. The location is pretty close to the main town and the beach but my definition of walking distance and theirs was not the same but you could walk if you really wanted too. The rooms were spacious with the queen and king bedrooms and plenty of room for our luggage. The TVs even had Netflix so that was a huge plus. The shower has no where to put your things so they’ll be on the floor and shaving your legs for us women was nearly impossible. The kitchen is a bit tight and there’s only a mini fridge and freezer style refrigerator so don’t bring to many groceries. Also, really needs a pizza pan we had to cook our pizza rolls in a glass pan! Overall, it was decently clean, no bed bugs, clean towels, and sheets. The outside of the house could use some landscaping. The pathway leading to the side door- which we used more often it was closer to our parking spots- was very overgrown and the pathway itself contained very uneven stones. The gravel parking and other pathway often were flooded when it rained, so don’t bring your good shoes. There is really no area to hang out outside.. the front porch area provided is screened in and is very much overgrown with weeds, they are literally growing up the wall. We were honestly scared to sit out there and thought we might have saw a snake once. The whole place really just needs some landscaping on the outside. So to sum it up the inside was clean enough to stay, but could use some fixing in some places and the outside needs some major landscaping.
There was a family with kids upstairs they was up super early could hear them running around but it was still a great place would stay again great location
