Two bedroom, Two Bath Fully Furnished Apartment with full kitchen and laundry

Our stay certainly met our expectations and was enjoyable. It was roomy and offered a good shower and strong WiFi. The beds were comfortable and the location was handy for getting around St. George. We had our cat with us and a few things in the lovely decor required some rearranging so that she wouldn't get into trouble. There was no problem doing that. Bob, Roseann and Mindy were all very nice. We felt like we have some new friends now in beautiful Southern Utah.

We rented the two bedroom apartment. The apartment was nice. It had an interior door attached to the owners area the they knocked a couple of times once to ask if we had food delivered one other time to let us know the other renters blocked us in. The parking is very limited for more then one vehicle which made it a little hard. The house was located in a lovely area and the view was incredible. We didn’t expect the home had multiple rentals on it for the limited parking but the apartment had everything we could possibly need and the owners were very nice.

Nicely furnished. Great location. Welcoming owners. Several parks close by where we walked our dog. Great open space bike trails just half a mile straight south of the property. Easy drive out to Snow Canyon and Tuacahn. We will definitely stay there again the next time we pass through St.George.

What a wonderful property. We stayed in the apartment attached to the house. This is offered with a bed and breakfast opportunity. We did enjoy Bob's Belgium waffles on morning #1.... Delicious. Bob and Roseann were delightful to meet and visit with. Roseann sure has a flair for decorating. The apartment was awesome, beautifully decorated, completely stocked, lots of room along with everything a traveler would need... including a beautiful view of the mountains. We loved St. George. So many things to do, and so many beautiful, natural wonders... All within 15 minutes of St. George. We would highly recommend this rental, and just may return sometime soon. The property was clean and had everything we would need during the stay. It was very comfortable and we loved the homey way it was decorated. It is definitely somewhere we would stay again.
