Pebbles is a beautifully presented one-bedroom apartment with comfortable twin beds and designate, secure parking superbly situated just off Sidmouth seafront and a minute’s easy walk to the town centre and restaurants, yet feels tucked away.

Tastefully furnished and well-presented, the apartment offers a comfortable lounge with TV and DVD player, a sofa bed (for an extra person if required) and armchair.

There is also a small dining table and two chairs, an electric firewith flame effect and games and books for your entertainment. Due to licensing laws, we are not allowed to provide a library of DVDs, but please feel free to bring your own.

The separate bedroom offers you comfortable twin beds with 100% cotton bed linen made up ready for your arrival. Towels are also provided for your convenience. We provide winter duvets for colder months then switch to summer duvets with additional blankets in the drawers, if required. For allergy sufferers, we ensure no feathers are provided.

There is a fully- equipped kitchen. We hope we have thought of everything you would need including crockery, cutlery, glassware, etc. With built-in cupboards, breakfast bar and two stools, dishwasher, microwave, electric ceramic hob and oven (no gas) and a full-sized fridge/freezer.

Pebbles offers a modern white bathroom suite, tiled throughout, with an electric shower over the bath, hand basin, WC, extractor fan and heated towel rail.

Night storage heaters (and additional electric heaters are provided if required at no additional cost).

For the comfort of other guests, we do not allow pets or smokers. We are no longer able to accept children under the age of 14.

There are 8 steps leading up to the terrace area leading to the apartment from road level or 14 steps up from the private secure car park. Alternatively, a lift is available to take you to the same level as the apartment but located in the adjacent block.

A designated car park space is provided within our secure, gated garage free of charge. There is a height restriction on entry to the car park, therefore, not suitable for large vans or cars with roof boxes.

Please note from May to the end of September, we are only able to do a Friday-to-Friday let.

    Ideal location very cozy we are in our sixties one day was taken for us to do something in Birmingham travelling from st David’s station to get to where we had to be so long day had by both of us .can’t fault Holliday at all

    Perfect location with a parking space which was ideal. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the place, but it was a comfy place to rest our heads. We opted for heating as we are chilly people, but this was set up before we got there which was ideal. Communication was great!

    Lovely appt, Very clean and everything you need, Mirella was extremely good with all instructions for key pick up and information. Location was great, right on the seafront, and 2 mins from the town. Very impressed, would highly recommend this holiday flat. Thank you

    Lovely apartment in a brilliant position,couldn’t fault it. Private parking was an absolute bonus. Unfortunately due to the COVID affect,hotels we’re closed to non-residents and the “eat out to help out”meant everywhere was fully booked.We didn’t starve but had to do more self catering than we would have liked.
