INFORMATION REGARDING THE HEALTH & CLEANING MEASURES WE ARE TAKING AT OUR PLACE:
We have been and we are all witnesses of what the advent of this insidious and dangerous Covid_19 virus has meant for our families, for our communities and for our way of life. The situation is quite disheartening, but every day I witness acts of courage, humanity and love which cheer me up and bring me hope and joy. Although we are going through a difficult time, I am optimistic that our world will thrive again.
When it happens, we are and will be ready to welcome you at our Podere Le Rondini.

Our commitment:
We are remaining strictly relevant to all the directives and rules provided by the World Health Organization and the local health authorities regarding all the sanitary and health practices to implement against the Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Our priority is and remains the health of our guests and customers.

Our commitment regarding Cleaning & Hygiene:
Hygiene and cleanliness standards are extremely important to us and we are implementing additional measures to ensure the safety and health of our guests and collaborators.
The highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness are achieved daily in all the rooms and areas at our place; in this period of health emergency we are maximizing the commitment and the work of our staff on this issue in order to ensure that the latest hygiene and cleanliness directives and guidelines are achieved and respected, so to ensure the safety of our guests and of our staff.
The increase in cleaning and sanitation practices is spreading from careful hands washing to using specific and powerful cleaning products, passing through accurate cleaning procedures specifically dedicated to guest rooms and common areas.

Specific measures & practices implemented at Podere Le Rondini include:

Hand hygiene: washing hands correctly and frequently is essential to combat the spread of viruses. This simple gesture or practice is of primary importance for everybody’s health.

Health, safety and training of our collaborators and staff: on a daily base, we work very hard in order to ensure the safety of our staff. Furthermore, the staff has been specifically trained regarding the COVID-19, in order to achieve the maximum effectiveness of our cleaning and health plan.
That's why we also implement a constant staff training: the cleaning department and the whole staff are trained with an advanced preparation addressed to the health and safety practices against COVID-19.

Products and modus operandi:
• Rooms: thorough careful cleaning and disinfestation of each room before the arrival and on the departure of each guest, with particular attention addressed to objects or items that are touched with an higher frequency, such as door-handles, TV remote controls and so on.
• Common spaces/areas: common areas are carefully cleaned and disinfected, with particular attention addressed to the elements and furnishings which are being touched more frequently or with greatest attendance, such as railings, reception-desk, door-handles, public toilets, room keys.
• Areas closed to clients (‘staff only’ areas): extreme care in cleaning is as well dedicated to places and areas frequented by the staff only, such as reserved entrances, changing rooms or warehouses.
