Stayed Jul 1, 2024This apartment was beautifully appointed, with wonderful bespoke wooden fittings and attractive decoration, the pictures on the website do not do it justice. The location was excellent right next to the indoor market and a hundred yards or so from the Ville Close entrance. There was no noise however as the bedrooms were at the back and the windows were double glazed. Having a garage to park in was an added bonus. Isabelle was very friendly and helpful. We could quite happily have moved in for good!

Stayed Jul 7, 2018This apartment has been designed and furnished with obvious love for art and design and with the best of appliances and a terrific shower. The location could not be better, but realize it is on the 2 floor (means 3 flights but not a spiral staircase). Having a private covered parking space is a real plus. Concarneau is a perfect base for traveling the southern part of Brittany and this true home away, from home is a perfect place to spend quality time. The hostess (Isabelle) could not have been more courteous and attentive and speaks English very well.

Stayed Apr 28, 2017We were welcomed by Isabelle who was lovely, and very friendly and helpful. The property is beautifully located just opposite Les Halles (the covered market) which is open 7 days of the week and so convenient for buying the breakfast croissants and bread. Everything you need is provided in the apartment, even a couple of umbrellas (which came in very useful!). The beds are very comfortable, and the showers were lovely - such a change from the usual trickle in holiday rental property. The added bonus of a covered secure private garage is great. We wouldn't hesitate to recommmend friends to stay in this property, it really is a little gem and we loved it.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The property is in the heart of concarneau, no more than 10 mins walk from everything you would want to see including the old town, beaches, indoor and outdoor markets, bars and restaurants. Yet there is no problem with noise at all - the outdoor market set up immediately outside whilst we slept soundly! The apartment is really well appointed - we self-catered with some of the great produce from the markets and enjoyed the use of high tech appliances and quality cookware. The main bedroom is lovely, bed very comfy, shower brilliant. We didn't use the other bedroom but it looked great and we used the extra space to spread out. The secure parking was a great bonus - we were on a motorbike so could lock it up and have no concerns for the duration. Isabelle is a great host - very friendly and welcoming and we really appreciated her flexibility on departure time and her patience with our attempts at speaking French!
