Tron garden apartment in the heart of venice

Host was really nice and came to pick us up from the vaporretto station. Really nice garden, but it was winter so couldn't take advantage of it. WiFi signal was weak.

Can't fault a thing. Very comfortable and cosy. Great location and host.

A very nice place. Couldn't get any stations on the televisions, which was frustrating. The bathroom with the tub, really isn't for showering, as the wall only goes up partway, so water gets on the floor.

Very large, quiet, well appointed space in crowded Venice.

The apartment and garden area were beautiful. Lorenza was very informative and attentive, responding quickly with answers to questions. The location was close enough to all that we wanted to do but enough of the beaten path that it was very quiet.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. Our host was so gracious to meet us at the Vaparetto stop and walk us to the location. She gave us tons of recommendations for her favorite places and we tried many of them, enjoyed great chicchetti and restaurants like locals. She shared the history of the Spritz and recommended the local Spritz of choice, The Select. So we felt like we got a true tase of Venice and avoided overly touristy places. The apartment is very comfortable and super quiet, a nice place to relax and rest after the bustle of the streets and museums. Thank you to the best host!

Stunning

Lorenza went the extra mile and met us at water taxi and led us to the property. In centrally located but quiet neighborhood away from tourist crush, close to stores, fruit stands, coffee and pastry shops. Kitchen well equipped. If in the summer be aware that AC is not in the bedrooms, but out in the hall just outside bedrooms. To get cool air into rooms we slept with bedroom doors open (two couples visiting Venice and sharing vrbo sleeping with open bedroom doors was not ideal). The hospitality of the host and her responsiveness to questions and suggestions was outstanding and we would stay again.

Great host, very attentive with plenty of tips to enjoy our stay in Venice. Garden was quiet and perfect to rest in the afternoon/evening, away from the crowds. Highly recommend.

The property was well located, close to shops, restaurants and a water bus stop. Very nicely furnished with excellent air con, plus nice little touches like sugar, coffee, condiments etc. Lorenza was the perfect host, welcoming and knowledgeable and spoke great English. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely 3-day family stay in Lorenza’s garden apartment. Lorenza met us at the vaporetto stop and showed us the way over two small canal bridges to the apartment. We got wonderful recommendations of where to go, and she was incredibly responsive to all of our questions. The apartment was perfect for our family of four, with so much charm. The garden is incredible, a hidden gem of tranquility and green. The neighborhood was quiet and away from the tourist zoo, but central on foot to everything you could want to see, including the Grand Canal. It took us 20 minutes to walk to San Marco, 10 minutes to the Rialto, and it was wonderful to return to the peace of our apartment and its calmer neighborhood at the end of the day. We really enjoyed this place. Close enough to the places we cared about but off the beaten path and away from the other tourists. Lorenza was a very gracious and helpful host. A highly enthusiastic five stars!
