Best location in Rome and the concierge was able to arrange anything to make your stay more enjoyable.

Spectacular rooftop, interior, and location by the Spanish Steps. Great management team that is highly responsive and zero issues with anything. The flat is excellent with great a/c, beautiful rooftop terraces convenient to everything, walkable to Steps, Trevi, Pantheon, Navano. Well stocked. Felt like coming home after long days of sightseeing. Such a great experience for our family and easily accommodated 4 adults and our 2 children. Property group can also arrange transfers and tours.

Amazing. We had top-notch concierge service and a beautiful apartment. Brian was helpful with any questions I had and helped us set up everything from car service to and from the airport to a private cooking class. The property was very nice in a great neighborhood near shops and restaurants. We loved every moment.

What makes a stay in any city comfortable and memorable is the hospitality of its hosts. Brian, our concierge, was generous with his time, attention to detail, and genuine human care. This allowed my guests and I to enjoy all Rome has to offer from this fabulous location and luxurious space. The balconies are to die for!

This property was very comfortable for our family of 6 (parents plus college-age kids). The apartment is roomy, clean, quiet, and its heating is easy to regulate as needed. It’s a nice building in a terrific location, with great terraces. And five stars for fantastic bedding! We had a couple of brief little material difficulties which I mention only to be able to say that the property agent was immediately and effectively responsive, which is the main thing. The description of the apartment is quite accurate, except for the mention of the uppermost bathroom- I think it needs to be said that the ceilings are QUITE low there, to the extent that using it for more than the quickest visit would be uncomfortable for most people over 5’5”We were happy to have found this place and would certainly stay again!

Beautiful apartment, centrally located.

We had a wonderful week in this apartment, ideal flat for 7 people. Right in the city center. Big terrace for cozy evenings. Amazing kitchen with everything provided for cooking, big dishwasher. All beds are very convinient. Highly recommended, totally worth money!
