Stayed Aug 19, 2024Clean, easy, quiet, spacious. The place was exactly as pictured on the listing and the hostess was so easy to work with! You do have to realize it's a basement apt so there is no outdoor seating, etc... (there is a grill though) but we were at the beach and eating out most nights so it was perfect for us! Would highly recommend!

Stayed Jul 7, 2024Best VRBO we have ever stayed in! And we only stay in vacation rentals! David, Heather and Boys are so welcoming in so many ways! The property is gorgeous and a great location for the wave and biking to our two favorite beaches Cisco and Surfside...and also close to town and the SeaGrille restaurant....will definitely be back?

Stayed Jun 30, 2024David and Heather have a beautiful property right in the middle on Nantucket. Made for great access to downtown, south shore beaches and west of the island towards Madaket. The property was very clean and cozy, which was wonderful to come back to everyday after long days of either bike riding or going to the beach. They gave great recommendations for food spots and offered anything we would need for the week. 10/10, and definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for private stay on the island.
