Stayed Jul 30, 2025The directions for check out were clear and simple. The kitchen was more than adequate and well set up. There is no oven but there is a toaster oven, micro wave, kettle etc. The owner responded immediately to all my questions. The location is really wonderful. Easy walk around town and the Crystal River is down a path near by.

Stayed Sep 5, 2024Tgis space was perfect for my short trip to Carbondale. Getting around was so easy die to the location of this space! Damon, the owner, got back to me quickly and answered any questions I had in great time. I highly recommend this space. Aaaaand having the Downtowner service to get me around, free, was just the best!

Stayed Aug 18, 2024Corey & Damon were lovely, responsive hosts. The apartment itself is beautiful, vlean, and well-maintained. Our only issue was that there was no mention of the staircase leading to the unit, which would have changed our booking as I was travelling with my elderly mother who walks with a cane. We made it work as best as we could, though I did need to dry the stairs off each morning due to the rain. Aside from that, we were very happy with our stay! Would absolutely stay again on my own or with friends who have no teouble hoing up and down stairs. Thank you Damon and Corey!

Stayed Jul 14, 2024We had a very nice stay in Carbondale. Damon's place was very clean and on a quiet, pretty street. The location is very convenient to restaurants ans shops. Also, lots of places to hike while in the area. Damon is a great host.
