This unique apartment is on the top floor of a modern barn which is situated on a historic property in Ephraim, sharing the half-acre property with an 1880's house and 1860's pioneer cabin. In the barn apartment, there is a bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and large room which doubles as a living and sleeping area where there is one queen bed and one twin day bed with a trundle bed option.

Stayed Jun 12, 2026I feel the place we stayed out was just perfect for us. The bathroom was a little tight, but we managed to make it work. The only thing I would suggest is maybe to trim off the bottom of the shower curtain so it’s not so long and maybe put some curtains in the kitchen so that people can’t see you walking around in your underwear. . It was in a great location for us and I’m sure if we had kids with us. They would’ve loved to have jumped on the trampoline and played on the swingset. Also, the Wi-Fi struggled a little bit, especially with the TV. We had a lot of downloading issues. But I loved the coziness of this place like I said it was perfect for just my husband and I we loved it. And the air conditioner worked wonderfully there. Nice and cool for us St. George people. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed May 31, 2026The apartment is adorable. I knew there is stairs when I made the reservation. However it was challenging for a senior. The bed was wonderful. Several evenings deer rested in an area.We could watch them from the kitchen window. The location is great for access to Snow College.
