Awesome 2 bedroom Tower Grove 3rd floor apartment with one car garage and a one-car parking pad ( parking pad for smaller to mid size vehicle ) as you enter this unit, you are greeted with a Huge open living room that measures 30 ft by 40 ft. Living room has huge sectional couch and recliner chair . On either side of apartment there are two separate bedrooms, both measuring 24 ft by 12 ft each fully equipped with queen bed, dresser, desk and chair, and mounted television. Please note this unit does NOT have a kitchen, we set this apartment up for someone that Does Not Eat a lot at home. There is a microwave, Keurig, utensils, plates, coffee cups, & 2 mini fridges. Peace of mind with the one-car garage with garage opener and also fully fenced in locked backyard equipped with one car parking pad. Unit also has its own dedicated full size washer and dryer. ( washer & dryer located in the unit but in the basement )
