The Sweet Spot SB

Parking is in front of garage and you have to back out into a somewhat busy street, doable but I had a truck... Cute bathroom, roomy shower but tiny toilet right behind the door. Nice and airy room, no TV? Roomy closet had a crib if you have small ones, a nice touch. Bed is a comfy queen, I am a restless sleeper and had a hard time with the memory foam mattress-once you sink in it's tough to turn over. Convenient location, nice private patio.

Down town shopping within a 20-30 minute walk. Beautiful neighborhood quiet at night. We bought our bikes and rode to the downtown and beach area pretty easy.

Every thing was perfect.

We had a great stay and would absolutely recommend this place. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and check-in was seamless and easy. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was fantastic, and everything felt clean and well cared for. Having a dedicated parking space was a huge plus and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful Santa Barbara stay—we’d happily come back.

Room was spotless. Located just off freeway and within a few minutes bike ride off pier and downtown area.

Yes it was a clean space, but the rental itself was different than the pictures provided. There are multiple rentals in one area. The driveway was very difficult to find at night, but I was glad the space was clean. Overall, the listing needs update pictures showing Suite B so you know what to expect and where to go.

Exactly what we needed for a quick overnight stay to get easily to the airport. Great shower-fantastic water pressure! Comfortable bed. It is right in the middle of a neighborhood so normal city noises but the AC unit drowned it out! Would stay here again.

I was unable to stay because the room was not ready when I arrived at the scheduled time and no one was there to assist me. I find it curious that they would rate my stay since I wasn’t able to occupy the room.

It was great! I just crashed for an evening and a night, and it was exactly what I needed. Thank you!

Very cozy, excellent attention to detail, serene patio, and overall the host are great humans. Great location with lots of access too many areas in Santa Barbara. I will 1000% come back again.

Very clean, well appointed and sweetly decorated. My 12 year old granddaughter and I enjoyed our stay.

Convenient to the town & beach. Good wi fi access. Lovely bathroom & luxurious bed linens. Good parking. Friendly, walkable neighborhood. Nice patio access. Private & quiet. Nice hosts. Outdoor kitchen was fun to use, as there is no rain in summer. Might be a problem in winter rain season.

We visit family in Santa Barbara and found this lovely rental, which includes patio use, to be convenient to anywhere we wanted to go in the area! The hosts were great and always!

Slightly smaller than expected, didnt realize kitchen was outside, other than that it was perfect.

Lovely appointed patio with lounge chairs and tables. Stayed 3 nights…comfortable bed and a huge shower. Very nice accommodations. The weather was beautiful and we took full advantage of the patio. We have stayed at this VRBO before and we certainly do so again.
