The Space:

The Stables is a thoughtfully converted property, combining original character with modern design to create a comfortable and sociable space for up to 6 guests.



The heart of the home is a bright open-plan living, kitchen, and dining area — ideal for relaxing, cooking, and spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, while the living area provides a cosy space to unwind.



As you enter the property, there is a separate snug-style area with a sofa bed and TV, offering additional space to relax or flexible sleeping arrangements.



The property features three double bedrooms, all with their own ensuite bathrooms, providing privacy and convenience for every guest:



One double bedroom located on the ground floor

Two double bedrooms upstairs



There is also an additional downstairs WC.



Outside, you’ll find a private patio area — perfect for enjoying some fresh air or relaxing in warmer weather.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire property, including gated entry and private parking.

York city centre is approximately 10–15 minutes by car, with regular bus routes nearby offering easy access into the city.



The property benefits from private gated parking, as well as an EV charger for electric vehicles.



There is also easy access to main roads, making it a great base for exploring York and the surrounding areas.
