Other things to note
The Kitchen

Fully equipped kitchen with table and bench seats to pop the kids at and feed them their tea! There is a high chair for the very little ones and all the cutlery you would need for feeding a troop of hungry kids.

The Bathroom

The apartment has a Bathroom with toilet sink and beautiful walk in shower. If you have a little one there is a baby bath provided.

The Living Room

A large airy living room with two sofas and large dining room table allows some quality family time. This, coupled with a Smart HD 50 TV where you can login to your own subscriptions, a selection of board games allows everyone to enjoy the space together, or for the adults to relax when the kids are tucked up in bed.

Parking

There is no allocated parking at the property, however you can park for free on Grosvenor Road (opposite) and adjoining residential streets for up to 2 hours between 8am and 6pm meaning so you can stay parked up overnight. There is also local carpark close by on Milburn Road where you can park up to 24 hours for a small fee.
