Stayed Jun 2, 2026This was a great place to stay! It was confusing at first because the address is on Pearl, but the door is on River. The apartment is immaculately clean and modern. The host was very good with communication. The area is friendly. The bed was very comfortable!

Stayed May 17, 2026Great loft, comfortable king bed, well appointed kitchen and bathroom. The living area had views of the barges and tugboats on the Mississippi.Super convenient parking right outside the unit. We would definitely stay here again if in the area and recommend to others.

Stayed Aug 1, 2025Easy check-in; beautiful kitchen; there are stairs going up to the loft apartment. We initially had issues getting into the WiFi… but got it working by unplugging and re-plugging the router. Loved our stay and would highly recommend The Pearl!

Stayed Feb 15, 2025My husband and I visited family in Thomson and chose this VRBO over the Savannah Inn & Suites (our regular booking). We were very happy with our choice - this newly renovated 2nd story walkup loft with views of the Mississippi was perfect - clean, spacious, well furnished, and extra special touches (coffee, a few every day condiments, kitchen baggies, cleaning supplies, etc.). As long as this rental is available, we will book it when we visit the Sabula area!!
