Stayed Oct 18, 2024If you’re searching for a place to stay in downtown Davenport, look no further! The Nelson Lofts are incredible. Tim provided me with rapid responses to questions I had ahead of check in. He was extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. Upon entering this loft I was taken aback by the amount of space this loft provides. The level of cleanliness and comfort here are second to none. The surrounding area is exactly where you want to be-close to everything and also quiet. The views of the river from the rooftop are breathtaking. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure in this building. I almost don’t want to post such a positive review bc I don’t want these lofts to be sold out next time I plan a visit here! I’ll never book a stay with anyone else. Highly recommend whether traveling alone or with family or friends! Absolute 5 stars all around!

Stayed Sep 20, 2024I booked this unit for a 2 night stay for our family of 5 adults. It was so nice to all be together in one large space rather than separate (and more expensive) hotel rooms. The unit was clean, with plenty of space to hangout and watch TV or gather around the kitchen table. The location is walking distance to RiverCenter.and many bars and restaurants.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024After growing up in the area but moving away, this was an occasion to visit family and celebrate a milestone birthday. This area is vibrant and filled with activity in the evenings. The unit itself is spacious, two large bathrooms (one with a tub/shower that came in handy for our granddaughter's bath time) and a neat modern/indiustrial architecture. Very scenic rooftop terrace overlooking the mighty Mississippi and surrouding areas!
