The room needed to be cleaner

We stayed here for our daughter's softball tournament and were not disappointed at all. It was super easy with the keyless entry. We had no trouble with getting close parking. The place was spotless and super cute and homey. This was the first time we've stayed in an air bnb and we'll probaly never stay in a hotel again. It was a little slice of home away from home. We will definitely be returning.

When we got to apartment complex we went up to our unit, put in code and when opened door there was someone's stuff in the apartment. Try to contact host but didn't get a response. Lucky for us, someone came into clean and he was able to contact another person who co-owned property. We were given a different apartment; however, we worried that it may have been reserved by someone else. There is a restaurant on the first floor that had bands all weekend which were very loud upstairs.Also, just a heads up, all floors are concrete.

The unit is overall good. Has a very industrial vibe being a loft. The rugs were old and a bit dirty. The unit needs a broom to sweep the floors. I dropped a glass and with having concrete floors it of course broke and I did not have a way to clean up the small pieces of glass.

My stay was for a college reunion, but this is also a great space for someone on a business trip. Great kitchen countertop for working or dining. The area has so many choices for food & drinks, even the streets were really clean! Upscale environment, we felt safe. The location is near train tracks, but that wasn't an issue, we were on the deck when one passed by at night. Street and pedestrian noise also not an issue. The price was amazing, this particular unit is perfect for 1-2 people. Well stocked with amenities. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend The Nelson Lofts. Kudos to our host Tim.

Communication is always excellent and the location cannot be beat for enjoying downtown Davenport.

Tim responded quickly to questions. Place was clean and furnished well. I am a clean freak so i was happy to actually smell the cleanliness of an older building. Very satisfied

Check-in was super easy! And the apartment was very nice. It has a nice view. I do wish I would've known beforehand that the washer and dryer were not in the unit and were available for a fee (another guest also mentioned they were not aware of this) I also wish that there had been a broom or vacuum available. We had 2 small children so it would've been nice to have since we stayed for 5 nights. But overall our stay was good.

Check in was super easy. Tim was a great host and quick to answer questions and provide detailed information. Place was clean and just as described. I highly recommend this place and will definitely consider staying here again if in the area.

Perfect location for seeing a show and exploring downtown Davenport.

I was in town for My daughter’s dance competition so it was just her and I and this place was PERFECT!! We will be back!!

I was a little concerned when I first got there and saw the train tracks so close and you do hear them during the day but they don't go by at night so weren't an issue. Definitely a fun place to stay with a lot of things to do in the neighborhood. I'll definitely stay there next time I'm in town.
